You will contribute to shaping the user experience across our platform, ensuring designs are grounded in user needs and align with our product vision.This role is ideal for a designer who has solid experience shipping product work, is confident across the design process, and is ready to grow into greater ownership and responsibility.What you'll be doingDesign executionTake ownership of design tasks from discovery to delivery, including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Ensure solutions are usable, accessible, and visually consistent with our design system.Collaborate with engineers to refine implementation and ensure high-quality outcomes.User research & insightContribute to planning and running user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.Translate findings into actionable insights and iterate on designs based on evidence.Champion a user-centered approach, ensuring decisions are informed by user needs and...
