You'll own performance validation end to end — workload design, load/stress/endurance testing, bottleneck analysis, and root-cause triage — across On-prem and SaaS environments. We're looking for someone hands-on and analytical who folds modern AI tooling (agents, LLMs) into the testing workflow to move faster.What You'll DoDesign and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for new features and releasesBuild and maintain automated performance scripts (JMeter, Locust, Gatling, K6, or similar)Run API performance testing against REST endpoints and backend systemsAnalyse metrics, isolate bottlenecks, and deliver actionable recommendations to dev teamsEstablish baselines and track performance regressions across releasesIntegrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)Drive performance triage and root-cause analysis through to resolutionLeverage AI agents and LLMs to accelerate test creation, log/metric analysis, and triageMust-Have4+ years in performance or API testing only / UI and API TestingLoad testing framework expertise (Locust/JMeter//Gatling/K6) with Python or JavaAPI testing proficiency — REST APIs, HTTP protocols, backend systemsStrong Python or Java scripting skillsCI/CD integration experience (Jenkins preferred)Performance analysis with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc)Working knowledge of AI tooling — agents and LLMs in a testing/analysis contextSolid grasp of distributed systems, system architecture, and database context.Git/GitHub; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Nice-to-HaveLoad-testing data/analytics platforms, databasesResource allocation management, reviewing logs, finding RCA.Reproducing and triaging real customer-reported production issues Show more Show less Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ThoughtSpot by 2x See who you know Get notified about new Software Engineer jobs in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
