Procurement and Administration Coordinator - Part Time
We currently have an opportunity for a permanent part-time Procurement & Administration Coordinator to join our Health and Education team, supporting the Royal Adelaide Hospital PPP contract.
In this role, you'll play a key part in enabling the successful delivery of lifecycle, capital and operational projects through procurement coordination, supplier onboarding, contract administration and governance support. Reporting to Project Manager you'll help deliver compliant procurement outcomes that support one of Australia's most significant healthcare facilities.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Coordinate procurement activities across lifecycle and operational projects.
- Manage supplier onboarding, compliance documentation and procurement governance through Felix or equivalent systems.
- Support purchase order processing, goods receipting, invoice management and financial administration activities.
- Prepare procurement reporting, maintain governance records and support CAPEX and lifecycle program administration.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to support project delivery and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in procurement administration, purchasing, contract administration or supplier coordination within a complex environment.
Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and purchase-to-pay workflows.
Experience using procurement and supplier management systems, including Felix or similar platforms.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across operational, technical and executive teams.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance, governance and quality standards.
