You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Planning, and regional planning teams to understand demand drivers, challenge assumptions, and translate complex data into practical recommendations that support service, inventory, revenue, and operational goals. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, technically curious, and comfortable working across cultures and functions. This role is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys both deep analysis and stakeholder engagement while growing as a global planning leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or a related analytical business role; demand planning, forecasting, or SIOP/S&OP experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends, connect business signals, identify drivers, and translate data into clear recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience using ERP, reporting, planning, or business intelligence tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to cross-functional and regional stakeholders
  • Ability to influence, build consensus, and partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Planning, and regional planning teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support alignment through structured planning routines
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exposure to SAP, Oracle, JDE, Kinaxis, IBP, Demantra, or similar systems
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics and visualization tools
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools or automation to improve efficiency, strengthen analysis, or generate better business insights
  • Hands-on use of Kinaxis Maestro or similar advanced planning systems
  • APICS/ASCM certification or equivalent supply chain certification
  • Background in new product launches, product lifecycle management, inventory management, or portfolio planning
  • Exposure to life sciences, healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
