The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team can provide you the opportunity to contribute to a suite of massive scale, integrated cloud services in a broadly distributed, multi-tenant cloud environment. The Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for managing highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs that impact both product and business for OCI. In addition, this specific role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems and the ability to jump into any in-flight project and get it on the rails. This is an extremely visible, executive-facing role, managing programs at the SVP level of OCI, with visibility and coordination across many executive levels and organizations in OCI.   OCI Compute is looking for a high performing Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a background in cloud services, server technology, and software systems who can independently own and drive outcomes across OCI for high priority programs with significant business impact. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud infrastructure, operating systems, and compute services, and has familiarity with virtualization, CPU and GPU systems, as well as datacenter management and other scaled systems. The candidate needs the ability to think about business problems from the point of view of our customers, define strategies for programs, identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements, drive delivery across service teams, effectively communicate project status and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently, regularly participate in executive meetings to present progress, and share project information with executives and stakeholders accurately and effectively.   Location: Seattle, WA Career Level – IC4 Responsibilities Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and/or programs with a clear strategy for communication, reporting, and delivery.
