Job DescriptionAs an Academic Events Manager, you'll own the end-to-end execution of a high-volume events program that puts Base44 in front of students, builders, and communities across the United States. You'll leverage your expertise in event coordination and field operations to deliver measurable results and build Base44's presence at hackathons, on local campuses, at conferences, in faculty circles, and in partnership educational nonprofits. You are someone who thrives in an ownership role, planning and executing world class experiences for users both in person and remotely.In Your Day-to-day, You WillBook and manage weekly events per quarter across universities, VC accelerators, NGOs, and community spaces across the USOwn all logistical details: from agenda setting, to merch and content creationUse AI tools to streamline coordination, and maximize event efficiencyBe on the ground at events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting in real timeCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, community, and enterprise teams to align on event goals and ensure strong partner handoffsBuild and maintain relationships with university partners, event hosts, and community organizersTrack event performance and provide detailed reports on results and impactQualifications3–5 years of experience in events, field marketing, or a related role.
