Performance Improvement Operations Senior Consultant

Role responsibilities

Identify business improvement opportunities by conducting operational assessments and shop-floor observations to drive profitability. Develop and manage continuous improvement initiatives, including process reengineering and the deployment of KPIs to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field along with at least two years of manufacturing or consulting experience. Candidates must be willing to travel weekly from Sunday to Thursday and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
