We can solve this problem together.Purpose of the role:We are looking for people who are excellent at problem-solving, are super ambitious and at the same time, enjoy the excitement and unpredictability of working in a startup environment. You will be primarily responsible for analysing and coordinating the service category of our business.Roles and Responsibilities:Create a streamlined process for delivery agents to ensure on-time delivery of our productsCalling customers and seeking appointments for the delivery and pickupsHandle cash collections and regularise the day-wise depositsOptimise the best route possible for the delivery agent to minimise the distance travelled and ensure better productivityOptimise the existing process to the benchmark levels to meet the rapidly changing business environmentBuild and refine performance management tools to improve quality of  the delivery partnersCreate workforce engagement programs to recognise top performers and motivate the team of technicians and the delivery partnersDevelop, implement and review operational policies and proceduresWork with senior stakeholdersCommunicate with our customersRequired Skills:1-2 years of minimum experience in high-growth operations. Freshers can be considered if they can join immediatelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact in English and Hindi.Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficientlyShould be willing to work on weekends and festivals (sometimes) with a week off every weekHelp promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
