As our Commercial Analytics Specialist, you will be at the center of this transformation. You will own key reporting and performance insights, help shape how commercial decisions are made, and drive automation and continuous improvement across our data ecosystem. Your work will directly influence sales performance, incentive programs, territory planning and strategic decision-making.

Where you come in:
* You own and optimise commercial reporting for Spain, ensuring data is reliable, scalable and aligned with business needs.
* You develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, continuously improving their structure, usability and business relevance for stakeholders.
* You integrate and prepare data from multiple sources (including Salesforce and Finance), ensuring consistency and quality across commercial reporting.
* You reduce manual processes by driving automation and improving data workflows.
* You support the definition, documentation and maintenance of business rules, processes and calculation logic, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.
* You identify data inconsistencies and contribute to improving data quality, consistency and governance across commercial reporting.
* You implement and maintain key commercial KPIs, including sales performance and target tracking.
* You support and progressively take ownership of incentive calculation processes, including logic, validation and continuous improvement.
* You provide analytical support to Commercial Excellence, enabling better decision-making on performance, territories and targets.
What makes you successful:
* You have experience in commercial analytics, sales operations or business intelligence environments.
* You are highly proficient in Tableau and advanced Excel, with a clear focus on automation and scalability.
* You are familiar with data manipulation and transformation tools (such as SQL or similar), enabling efficient handling of multi-source datasets.
* You have experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and handling multi-source data environments.
* You demonstrate strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
* You are comfortable translating business needs into data models, rules and actionable insights.
* You are used to working closely with business stakeholders and communicating clearly across functions.
* You bring a proactive mindset, identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement.
* You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Experience and Education Requirements:
* Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
