Join our dynamic, international team, and together, let's make agriculture more sustainable!To pursue our growth, we are hiring an experienced entrepreneurial mind for an:Overall Purpose of the role As the Operations Project Manager you will join our Operations team and play a key role in coordinating projects between our company and our industrial partners in China. As an Ecorobotix representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the production ramp-up of our machines at our partners manufacturing sites.Key Activity Areas (Responsibilities) New products introductionContribute actively to the introduction of new products (agricultural machinery)Conduct risk and feasibility analyses for local manufacturing. Ensure consistent follow-up with the Product team.Support prototyping and production launch phases with our industrial partnerProduction ramp-up supervisionPlan and coordinate production ramp-up at our partner’s facilitiesManage the installation of assembly lines, warehouses, testing equipment and allassociated process flowsEnsure on-time supply, reception and quality control of all components required for productionManage operator training programsSupport local production teams during the ramp-up phase and ensure compliance with established manufacturing standardsMonitor adherence to production planning, cost and quality objectivesImplement KPIs and report deviations to the Swiss teamSet up a permanent framework with partners for mass production managementTechnical issues management in productionAct as the primary Ecorobotix contact at the production site for all technical andoperational issuesPropose and manage action plans to resolve issues in coordination with both Ecorobotix and local operational teamsAnticipate potential problems and propose preventive measuresContinuous improvement & partnership developmentGather and analyse feedback from the fieldIdentify, prioritize and propose potential process improvementsLead improvement workshops with Ecorobotix and partner...
