As a Senior Security Officer, you are not only responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and facilities, but also for leading security operations, mentoring team members, and promoting a culture of safety and vigilance. By combining strong leadership, proactive risk management, and exceptional guest service, you will help spread the light and warmth of hospitality while delivering memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay safe, secure, and enjoyable.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day as a Senior Security Officer:

• Lead and oversee security patrols: Supervise and conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify, assess, and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions while ensuring compliance with hotel security standards.
• Manage and assist with investigations: Lead preliminary incident investigations, gather and analyze relevant information, interview involved parties when necessary, document findings, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of security incidents.
• Maintain and review security documentation: Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of security reports, logs, incident records, and shift documentation, providing updates and recommendations to management as required.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts: Take a leadership role in responding to safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, security threats, and other incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and emergency procedures are followed.
• Provide exceptional guest assistance: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and security-related matters with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Support and mentor the security team: Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day supervision to Security Officers, promoting high performance, accountability, and adherence to security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance and risk management: Monitor adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures, proactively identifying opportunities to improve security measures and minimize risks.
