Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will provide insights on technical requirements, guide transformation efforts, and help drive successful implementation of Core Banking initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep technical, industry, and functional expertise to design and deliver Core Banking solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Assess current business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for optimization and transformation.
• Define and implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical requirements, solution architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
• Support data migration, conversion, and modernization initiatives as part of large-scale banking transformation programs.
• Drive change management and adoption activities to facilitate successful business and technology transformation.
• Utilize industry best practices, methodologies, and tools to deliver high-quality solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Core Banking platforms, processes, and transformation initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience in Core Banking, banking technology, business transformation, or related consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Core Banking Architecture.
• Expertise in Data Conversion and Data Migration Management.
• Expertise in Data Migration Planning and Execution for complex transformation programs.
• Strong experience in Business Process Analysis and process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale banking modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
