You can learn more about working with us in the last section of this page.About the roleWe are building our GTM Strategy & Operations team. As a founding member, you will build and run the operational backbone of Forus' GTM engine. Forus is scaling provider acquisition fast - we have a growing BDR and Growth Associate team, an expanding pipeline every quarter, and an expanding set of specialty verticals - the systems, data, and processes underneath it are the foundation of our growth.You'll own the entire revenue engine — HubSpot architecture, our data, and the dashboards that inform our most high-stakes decisions. As our first dedicated RevOps hire, what you build here becomes the foundation Forus scales on. You'll work hand in hand with the Growth team and have significant exposure to company leadership — and because you're standing the function up from the ground floor, you'll have real room to grow your scope and depth as it scales.This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Our sales motion is high-velocity with high inbound volume, with complexity and attribution logic that requires real judgment to get right. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.If you join, you will:Own Forus' HubSpot architecture end to end - objects, properties, workflows, and data integrity - and set the standard for what "great" looks like as the team scalesBuild the reporting and dashboards that become the company's source of truth for pipeline health, conversion, and forecast accuracyBuild the models, inputs, and targets behind the quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles that Growth sets with FinanceRun the data discipline the org depends on — account and opportunity hygiene, pipeline cleanliness, and ICP segmentation that stays accurate as the business shiftsSurface the trends, risks, and gaps that aren't obvious from a dashboard, and synthesize them into clear recommendations for company leadershipBecome the in-house authority on our provider network and GTM tooling stack, and drive adoption across reps and managersWe'll be most excited if you have:2+ years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or business operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise softwareStrong, hands-on HubSpot experience - you've architected and fixed it yourself (objects, properties, workflows, reporting, hygiene)Deep comfort in data, Excel/Sheets is table stakes, and comfort with SQL or BigQuery to pull your own numbers instead of waiting on someone elseA track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goalsHigh NPS with your former...
