We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused marketing professional to help accelerate our growth journey.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Pipeline GrowthPlan and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.Manage demand generation activities across LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, digital channels, and industry platforms.Support lead nurturing initiatives and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.Work closely with the Sales team to align campaigns with business objectives and pipeline targets.Content & Brand MarketingDevelop high-quality marketing content including:Case StudiesCustomer Success StoriesBlogsWhitepapersProduct BrochuresPresentationsThought Leadership ArticlesTranslate technical product capabilities into compelling customer-focused messaging.Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all channels.Support brand-building initiatives to strengthen Unbox Robotics' market presence.Digital MarketingManage website content and SEO initiatives.Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.Monitor website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance metrics.Identify opportunities to improve inbound marketing effectiveness and lead acquisition.Events & Industry OutreachCoordinate participation in trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and webinars.Manage pre-event planning, event execution, and post-event follow-up activities.Support PR initiatives, media engagement, and industry outreach programs.Develop event-related marketing collateral and communication materials.Marketing Operations & AnalyticsTrack campaign performance and key marketing KPIs.Measure marketing contribution to sales pipeline and business growth.Maintain marketing assets, collateral, and campaign documentation.Coordinate with external agencies, designers, content creators, and marketing partners when required.Prepare reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.RequirementsMust HaveStrong understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise customer journeysProven experience in demand generation and lead generation campaignsExcellent content writing, communication, and storytelling skillsExperience managing digital marketing channels and campaignsStrong project management and stakeholder management abilitiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive improvementsAbility to independently manage multiple marketing initiativesGood to HaveExperience in Robotics, Automation, Logistics, Warehousing, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or B2B SaaS industriesFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation platformsExposure to SEO, paid campaigns, marketing analytics, and performance marketingExperience supporting enterprise sales cycles and account-based marketing initiativesExposure to international markets and global marketing campaignsEligible CandidatesDesired QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related fieldMBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferredWork Experience5–8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related functionsWe ValueOwnership and accountabilityStrong execution capabilityCreativity backed by data-driven decision makingCuriosity...
