This role is central to ensuring our customers get maximum value from our SaaS solutions. You will work closely with Implementation Managers, Account Managers, Product teams, and customers to configure solutions, support day-to-day queries, and help resolve more complex technical challenges.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Verisk solutions to meet customer-specific requirementsSupport implementation projects including requirements, configuration, and testingProvide day-to-day customer support and troubleshoot issuesInvestigate root causes and identify long-term solutionsCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams for complex issuesBuild strong customer relationships and support engagement activitiesSupport system testing and ensure solutions meet requirementsCreate and maintain documentation and knowledge resourcesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvementTechnical Capability – What This MeansYou don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working with system configurations, structured logic, and data-driven processes.
