As our next Senior Account Manager, you’ll own relationships withsome of qlub’s medium to large F&B partners, driving partner success by managingstandalones and multi-outlet groups, ensuring performance growth, and acting as a trustedadvisor. You’ll also play a key role in shaping commercial agreements, identifying jointgrowth opportunities, and maintaining qlub’s position as a strategic partner to top-tier clients.If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.What you’ll own• Serve as the primary point of contact for medium to large F&B partners, developingsenior-level relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.• Negotiate and manage commercials, contracts, and renewals with key accounts,identifying win-win opportunities that support both qlub’s growth and partnerobjectives.• Monitor partner GMV, adoption rates, and customer engagement — creating andexecuting tailored growth strategies for each partner.• Proactively identify and address risks including churn, adoption drops, or competitivethreats.• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver...
