Core Banking Transformation Lead

THE WORK

Bring your Core Banking expertise to the forefront of large-scale transformation initiatives. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will play a key role in shaping technology solutions, influencing strategic decisions, and driving business outcomes across complex banking environments.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will leverage your industry knowledge to optimize processes, support critical change initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that enable organizations to evolve and remain competitive in a rapidly changing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep Core Banking expertise to design and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Analyze existing business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
• Redesign and optimize business processes using industry best practices, established methodologies, and proven delivery frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical requirements, solution design, deployment readiness, and organizational change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between technology solutions and business needs.
• Support large-scale transformation programs by providing expert recommendations, mitigating risks, and driving successful outcomes.
• Contribute to release planning, deployment activities, and cutover execution to ensure smooth implementation of business-critical solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Core Banking platforms, processes, and transformation initiatives.
• 8+ years of experience in Core Banking, banking operations, technology consulting, or related transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Deployment Countdown & Cutover Execution.
• Expertise in Release Management and deployment governance.
• Expertise in Metrics, Reporting, and Predictive Analytics.
• Strong experience in Business Process Redesign and operational transformation.
• Experience managing stakeholder engagement across multiple business and technology teams.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and drive successful transformation outcomes within complex organizations.
