Job Summary
The incumbent will develop training programs, with collaboration with relevant stakeholders, for our Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists to develop and upskill their competencies.
This role will involve in planning of short, medium and long term training strategies, assessing gaps and developing various training modules to cater for needs of the sales force to ensure technical competencies are aligned with customers’ expectations.

Training/
Performance Assessment
- Formulate various training modules for CSs and Sales Reps.
- Conduct training needs analysis and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure delivery of training to all new hires before being allowed onto the field.
- Formulate formal assessment after each module to maintain stringent standards.
Enhance professionalism and capability.
Complete sales certification; OJT on aseptic hand washing, awareness of sterility field, safe handling of soiled instrument

Technical Learning & Skill Development
- Actively participate in training/ workshops and review appropriate surgical techniques.
- Study relevant clinical articles & data to build knowledge base and provide relevant advice to team members.
Attendance rates and learning assessment scores.

Expected Areas of Competence

- Track record in adult training and training program development is advantageous.

- Experience in Operating Theatre.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Life Science/Science and Nursing Certificate
- Min 5 years’ experience in medical devices to hospital or nursing background with experience in operating theatre
- Sound knowledge of Operating Theatre procedures, with case support experiences will be added advantage
