Supply Chain and Quality Manager for Aerostructures (Temp)

Job Description:

An opportunity for Supply Chain and Quality Manager for Aerostructures has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Tablada (sevilla).

Responsibilities

Manage the supply chain and ensure the quality of aerostructures components for Airbus Defence and Space SAU, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with aerospace industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize all aspects of the aerostructures supply chain, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.

Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure all components meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, monitoring their performance regarding quality and delivery deadlines.

Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain and quality processes.

Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, developing contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.

Conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations (e.g., EN 9100).

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations integration.

Analyze supply chain and quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with internal company policies and current regulations regarding health, safety, and environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills

Team spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment

High level of motivation to lead complex projects

English: Negotiation level

Spanish: Fluent
