Shift: 9:30 PM-6:00 AMHourly Rate: $35.00 an hour + $$1.00 shift differentialReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the reliability and performance of production equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and maintain a safe and efficient facility.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causesRepair or replace defective equipment components to restore functionalitySupport installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipmentComplete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately and on timePartner with production teams to respond quickly to equipment issuesFollow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance processesIngredients Required for Your SuccessHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferredWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting practicesExperience with preventative maintenance systems and toolsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, or weekends as neededAnticipated Close Date: July 28, 2026Location: Kent, WashingtonOur BenefitsWe care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life,...
