This role partners closely with clients, solution architects, and delivery teams to identify automation opportunities, document business processes, and define clear functional requirements that enable the successful implementation of automation initiatives.Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, the Business Analyst ensures that automation solutions align with business outcomes, reduce operational complexity, and deliver measurable value. This role is particularly important in supporting enterprise automation programs and large-scale Agentic Process Automation (APA) initiatives.Location: Bogota, ColombiaYou will make an impact by being responsible for:Process Discovery & AnalysisLead process discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across operational workflowsDocument current-state processes using structured methodologies including process maps, decision trees, and data flow diagramsAnalyze process variability, exception handling, and business rules to determine automation feasibilityIdentify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation across enterprise workflows​Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for automation development teamsCreate user stories, process definition documents (PDDs), and automation design inputsDefine acceptance criteria and success metrics for automation implementationsEnsure requirements are aligned with platform capabilities and overall solution architectureAutomation Solution Design SupportCollaborate with solution architects and developers to refine automation designsProvide business context to ensure automation workflows meet operational requirementsValidate that proposed solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirementsSupport the creation of scalable automation frameworks across enterprise environmentsDelivery Collaboration & TestingWork closely with automation developers and QA teams throughout the implementation lifecycleSupport testing activities including user acceptance testing (UAT), validation of automation outputs, and defect resolutionEnsure automation solutions meet defined business requirements before production deploymentAssist in developing operational documentation and user training materialsValue Realization & Continuous ImprovementTrack automation outcomes against defined business KPIs such as efficiency gains, error reduction, and operational throughputIdentify opportunities for additional automation and process optimizationSupport the development of enterprise automation roadmaps and pipeline prioritizationPromote best practices in automation adoption across client organizationsYou will be a great fit if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Business...
