As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products and processes within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Landsdale, PA location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality performance of ISC operations by identifying quality risks, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive quality improvements and ensure product conformity.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within supply chain or manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
  • Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and defect reduction
  • Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and familiarity with supplier quality management

WE VALUE

  • Advanced degrees in Engineering or Quality Management such as a Master’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in integrated supply chain quality or industrial automation sectors
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and experience leading Kaizen events
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with quality management software and ERP systems
