If you’re ready to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and help make mobility safer, more efficient, and accessible, we want to hear from you!About the RoleAs an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Supervisor (AVOS), you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Ride Hail (RHO) team and ensuring fleet readiness across all shifts. This includes oversight of Fleet Deployment Specialists, AV Cleaners, and Calibration Associates — ensuring every vehicle is safe, clean, charged, and mission-ready.This role requires a data-oriented, action-driven leader who thrives in a fast-changing environment. You’ll analyze operational performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement process improvements through experimentation and data-driven decisions.You will also play a key role in training and team development, delivering onboarding and refresher training to frontline staff when needed, and providing actionable feedback to the central training team on skill gaps and improvement areas.You’ll balance leadership and execution — driving accountability through metrics, coaching through feedback, and building a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position may require working morning, evening, or overnight shifts — including weekends and holidays — based on operational needs.This is a full-time, onsite position.
