The overall objective of this role is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Lead, evaluate, provide resources and drive a team towards realistic goalsManage sizeable resources, budget, policy formulation and strategic decisionsApply in-depth/comprehensive knowledge of subject domain/area to assume responsibility for large, complex systems/services/initiativesApply a broad and comprehensive knowledge-base in multiple functional areas as well as underlying business strategyEnsure essential processes and procedures are in place and contribute to defining and re-engineering improvementsInfluence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as neededAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:15+ years experience, including 8-10+ years of managerial experienceExperience in a technology infrastructure role with extensive experience in infrastructure technologies and/or functions, business, as well as functional and project managementExperience in financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferredConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audienceProven ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and identification of best practicesProven analytical, diagnostic and prioritization skills with focus on execution and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to both work independently and partner with virtual teams in a high-pressure matrix environmentDemonstrated ability to take ownership of various parts of a project/initiative with tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectation/ requirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredExperiencia mínima de10 años en la gestión de servicios de atención a usuarios finales.Conocimientos en:Gestión de contratos de servicios de mesas de ayuda y servicios de soporte en sitio.Gestión de infraestructura estándar para la operación de sucursales bancarias, corporativos, oficinas remotas.Soporte y operación de pisos financieros Servicios de voz para sucursales bancarias, edificios corporativos y torretas financierasImplementación de proyectos de infraestructura (servers, sucursales, red, biométricos, etc)Gestión de contratos de MicrosoftGestión de activos de Hardware (Asset Management)Gestión de auditorías internas y externasGestión de contratos con Carriers de telefonía móvil y fijaSistemas de videoconferenciaITILHerramientas:Microsoft Office 365 (correo, office, sharepoint, Teams)Adobe reader & WriterVirtualización de escritorios (Citrix, VMWare ó Microsoft)Servicios de Red LAN, WiFi This site uses only strictly necessary cookies to perform basic functions.
