Home Assistant Facility Manager Pune Full-Time Designation: Assistant Facility ManagerRoles & Responsibilities:Building Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance and functionality of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.Ensure systems comply with safety regulations and operational standards.Operational Oversight:Provide expert advice on requirements for HVAC equipment, vertical transportation, roofs, electrical distribution, and other building systems.Make independent operational decisions within department policies and position scope.Analysis and Reporting:Gather and analyze data, prepare operational reports, and assess the effectiveness of current and proposed services.Recommend improvements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.Resource Management:Guide supervisors on optimizing the distribution of custodial and general operational resources.Evaluate and allocate resources efficiently to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.Team Leadership:Supervise and lead the facility management team to ensure a high standard of service delivery.Provide direction, training, and support to team members to achieve operational excellence.Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/B.E.E) or related field.Key Competencies:Strong understanding of facility management systems and compliance requirements.Analytical skills to assess services and recommend improvements.Leadership capabilities to manage teams and resources effectively.
