This role is focused primarily on recruitment activities (approximately 80% of the role), alongside additional HR-related responsibilities.Talent AcquisitionSupport recruitment processes for technical and business positions, primarily in Israel and the USOpen and publish job postings across relevant platformsConduct proactive sourcing activities through LinkedIn and additional channelsScreen and review resumesConduct HR phone interviewsCoordinate interviews with hiring managersManage candidate communication throughout the recruitment processConduct reference checksMaintain recruitment pipelines and hiring trackersAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport employee experience and welfare initiativesManage intern placements and relationships through internship programs and partnershipsSupport the company’s employer branding and social media activitiesTake part in onboarding processes for new employees Requirements 1–2 years of experience in technological recruitment, preferably from a recruitment/staffing agency or an in-house tech environmentHands-on experience sourcing candidates for technical rolesExperience conducting HR interviews Experience working with recruitment systems such as Spark Hire (Comeet)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFluent English and HebrewNice to HaveExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems Experience in employee experience and welfare initiativesExperience working in a startup environment Apply for this position
