RESPONSIBILITIES: The Data Analyst will support the sales team with a variety of data and research focused projects, including: * Conduct market research and analyze product, regional, and shipment data to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and new licensing opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights. * Support licensing notification campaigns by tracking outbound notices, responses, and follow-ups. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce, internal trackers), and analyze data to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance trends across programs. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI); set up monitoring, alerts, and flag triggers, and present clear insights to stakeholders. * Collaborate with Sales, Program, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to translate business questions into structured analysis, define tracking frameworks, and support data-driven decision making. * Identify and execute opportunities to streamline licensing workflows; leverage AI tools to automate and improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. * 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data driven mindset and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate across teams. * Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas; experience working with large...
