You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence. You will join a dynamic and experienced team within a globally recognized and trusted organization, offering an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about business development and eager to further enhance their expertise in a collaborative and international environment.What You'll DoBuild strong, collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their ongoing developmentThoughtfully identify and welcome new dealers—across all brands, consumer groups, and commercial segments—while respectfully phasing out partnerships that are no longer activeMaintain a consistent presence with dealers in your region to ensure supportive, effective managementEncourage dealer success by monitoring performance with care, offering constructive feedback, and providing engaging training for their sales teamsStay closely connected to market dynamics by observing trends and competition, including local sales initiatives and marketing activities, and sharing insights with the teamCommunicate marketing and trade marketing activities effectively, ensuring dealers are well informed and supported throughout the implementation processContribute to the achievement of financial and market-share goals through a balanced, relationship-driven approachWhat You'll BringA bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration and/or engineering.Preferably 3–7 years of sales experience within a related industry.Experience in customer relationship managementClear and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.Confidence using MS Office applications.Fluency in Turkish and EnglishTo have a B-type driver’s license and ideally residing in SamsunWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
