Job Summary:
The Endpoint Systems Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of Saint Paul College's endpoint devices, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and compliance. This role requires close collaboration with the Service Desk and Network Infrastructure teams to provide seamless support and integration of endpoint systems within the broader IT environment.
Key responsibilities include deploying, configuring, and managing endpoint devices using tools such as SCCM and Intune. The administrator will oversee software updates, patches, and application deployments, as well as monitor and troubleshoot endpoint issues to ensure minimal disruption to end-users. Additionally, the role involves developing and enforcing endpoint security policies, aligning with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Working in tandem with the Service Desk team, the Endpoint Systems Administrator will provide advanced technical support, addressing complex issues and ensuring timely resolution. Collaboration with the Network Infrastructure team is essential to ensure the smooth integration of endpoint devices within the network, optimizing both performance and security.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in endpoint management tools, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure and efficient computing environment, supporting Saint Paul College’s overall IT infrastructure.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $28.67 to $46.62 hourly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of relevant experience in desktop, service desk, end-user, network, or endpoint support. An associate’s degree in an IT related field can substitute for 6-months of experience.
Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of endpoint management tools (like SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for software packaging, application deployment, patching, configuration management, and endpoint inventory.
Demonstrate experience building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows and/or Apple computer images.
Knowledge of endpoint hardware, operating systems, productivity applications, peripherals, and enterprise instructional or business software.
Ability to diagnose and resolve endpoint, software, connectivity, security, and user-support issues using sound judgment and appropriate escalation.
Ability to demonstrate high emotional intelligence, professionalism, patience, and interpersonal skill when supporting users with varied technical knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year IT-related degree or advanced experience supporting enterprise endpoint systems, infrastructure services, or technology operations in a complex environment.
Advanced knowledge or certification in SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related endpoint administration tools.
Advanced experience building, automating, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint images and provisioning workflows across Windows, Apple, mobile, classroom, lab, and shared-use environments
Experience supporting interconnected technologies such as servers, networking, wireless, printing, storage, cloud services, SharePoint, Teams, VoIP, multimedia, and instructional technology systems
Knowledge and experience of endpoint security, vulnerability management, encryption, EDR/antivirus tools, patch compliance, access controls, audit readiness, and security standards.
Ability to analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, improve processes, document procedures, automate routine work, and support service management maturity.
Advanced interpersonal, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and communication skills when working with diverse users, technical teams, vendors, and campus stakeholders.
