Role responsibilities
Lead the architecture and development of high-volume, low-latency Java applications on GCP while driving the transition to an agentic engineering paradigm. You will build shared agent infrastructure, design automated evaluation harnesses for AI-generated code, and mentor engineers in AI-native workflows.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field and over 8 years of experience building scalable real-time systems. Candidates must possess expert-level Java skills and hands-on experience with AI coding agents and Google Cloud Platform.
