This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote.Ocean Spray’s Financial Development Program offers recent college graduates a unique opportunity to experience rotations with a strong focus on personal development, technical skill building, mentorship, and networking. The Financial Development Program (FDP) is a three-year initiative that provides aspiring finance and accounting professionals with a range of unique rotation experiences in corporate finance and accounting to help shape them into future finance business leaders. Program members begin their Ocean Spray careers in a supportive, structured environment that encourages self-directed learning and promotes accelerated growth.
