Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate parts receiving, inventory management, and distribution to support daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and communicates effectively with vendors and internal teams.Key Responsibilities• Receive & Verify Parts: Check incoming parts against invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.• System Entry: Accurately receive parts in Recon360/AS400 and verify against purchase orders.• Process Invoices: Scan, label, and route invoices and pick-tickets according to procedure.• Organize Inventory: Tag, store, and maintain parts in designated areas by Work Order.• Manage Stock Levels: Monitor inventory, order parts, and maintain minimum stock requirements.• Handle Returns & Credits: Track, process, and document returns and vendor credits.• Support Technicians: Distribute parts based on Work Orders and ensure accuracy.• Conduct Audits: Perform daily bin audits and update inventory systems.• Maintain Safety: Identify and report safety concerns during routine walkthroughs.• Manage Communication: Respond to emails and coordinate with vendors and team members.• Parts Estimation: cross training of the parts estimator role is encouraged, to help maintain business operations during times of Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years + of previous experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or automotive environment.• Familiarity with inventory management systems (AS400, Recon360, or similar) a plus• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)Work Environment• Warehouse/shop environment with frequent standing and walking• Ability to lift up 50 lbs.• Regular handling of automotive parts and materials• Team-oriented, fast-paced settingMCCOXDrug TestingTo be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
