岗位职责:

1.支持车间员工技能矩阵管理,上岗培训等工作;

2.生产物料需求采购计划,根据图纸下发物料采购需求;

3.通过SAP对库存物料数量进行管理,保障物料满足生产使用;

4. 负责S-OJT rollout plan 车间培训平台跟进工作.

岗位要求:

1.大专及以上的学历;

2.对SAP系统,数据管理,培训管理有基础的优先;

3.英语良好及有相关工作经验的优先;

4.有良好的电脑办公软件应用能力; 可能有两班倒工作时间;

5.遵纪守法,身体健康,踏实肯干、肯学,态度端正,具备良好的安全意识及团队协作精神;
