For more information on how we use cookies, go to our Website and Mobile Privacy Notice.DeclineAccept CookiesCareersEnglishSign InProject Manager page is loadedProject ManagerApplyremote typeOn-SitelocationsOT372: SS - SEATTLE, WA 3315 South 116th Street #149, Seattle, WA, 98168 USAOT348: SF - SAN FRANCISCO, CA 444 SPEAR STREET, STE 102, SAN FRANCISCO, CA, 94105 USAtime typeFull timeposted onPosted 12 Days Agojob requisition id20160036Date Posted:2026-05-18Country: United States of AmericaLocation: OT372: SS - SEATTLE, WA 3315 South 116th Street #149, Seattle, WA, 98168 USAWould you like to join a truly international, talent driven company that values Safety, Ethics, Quality, Innovation and Employee Opportunity?Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated New Equipment Senior Project Manager to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects.  The New Equipment Project Manager will ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction on multiple new construction projects.  On a typical day you will:Ensure flawless execution of each project by completing on schedule, within budget, and ensure all technical & safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and customer expectations are met Deliver first-in-class customer service and adhere to Otis’ Absolutes Coordinate all contract activities from the project award stage to customer handover and financial close of the project. Work closely with the Otis sales and field operations team to ensure the elevator and escalator installation is completed in accordance with all contract documents and is consistent with the required scope of the project Provide regular updates on the progress of the projects to branch, regional and Sr. leadership  Proactively communicate with multiple representatives including general contractors, owners, building managers, architects and designers, State and Local authorities and regulatory agencies concerning project design, preparations, and scheduling of installation for the equipment Ability to work closely with the internal sales staff, construction superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure a successful project from both the financial and customer perspectives Perform construction process duties including managing billing, owner / contractors’ payments, vendor load up and receivables, processing RFIs and optimizing change order opportunities, and maximizing project cash coverage Accurately interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications to determine cost of such change  Read and review architectural and structural drawings Accurately analyze situations and assist in developing contingencies for estimates  What you will need to be successful:3+ years related elevator project management and/or construction experienceExperience in elevator/escalator industry is preferredFamiliarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administrationAbility to read and review architectural and structural drawingsTeam-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settingsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for developing relationships with stakeholdersSelf-motivated, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft software within technical environmentsStrong leadership, time management, and organizational skillsHigh school diplomaBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or business administration preferred or relevant experience is requiredAdditional Comments:Given the nature of the position, applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.What we offer:We offer a 401(k) plan with a generous company match and an automatic retirement contribution for your future financial security from day one of your employment, you and your eligible dependents will...
