As our next Operations Executive, you'll help drive our growth in Thailand: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.What you’ll own:Lead and execute the operational onboarding process for new F&B establishments to our platform.Be a knowledge specialist on qlub & F&B operations and solve operational bottlenecksOrganize and lead training sessions for new accounts to ensure merchants are able to fully utilize qlub's services.Build and manage relationships with our merchants and optimize usage efficiencySupport qlub’s product development and POS integrations to improve features and solve bugs and pain points.Support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on on-ground feedback, reports & industry trends.Who you are:You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environmentYou move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete informationYou take real ownership and...
