Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.Job Description :As a CPU CAD Engineer, you will build and support the world’s best analysis tools and flows. Your tools and methodologies will ensure our custom CPUs achieve industry‑leading power, performance, and area (PPA).Roles and ResponsibilitiesArchitect and recommend methodology improvements to ensure optimal silicon power, performance, and area.Maintain, support, and debug STA and timing closure (ECO) flows, and resolve project‑specific issues.Work closely with worldwide CPU Physical Design teams, providing methodology guidance and tools/flows support.Collaborate with EDA vendors to define tool roadmaps and resolve tool‑related issues.
