We are seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead product strategy, oversee multiple product lines, and drive innovation while managing cross-functional teams to ensure market-aligned, high-quality product delivery.  The Senior Director of Product is a high-impact leadership role that requires balancing short-term product delivery with long-term strategic goals. This role with work closely with pricing and the leadership team to ensure alignment with the industry.  Reporting to the CEO, this role is key in achieving the strategic vision of the Company.

                                                                                                                                       

Position Description:

To be successful in this role, you must provide:

Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with overall business goals, shaping the roadmap for multiple product lines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and foster growth in product managers and other team members, cultivating talent and ensuring effective collaboration across departments

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to define, prioritize, and deliver product features

Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct industry research, analyze market trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine product strategy

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products meet customer expectations and industry standards

Project Oversight: Monitor product development progress, manage resources, mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to senior management

Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous product improvement and innovation by leveraging technology trends and competitive insights

 

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree or MBA preferred plus:

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Extensive experience managing multiple product lines, leading product teams, and overseeing product lifecycle from conception to launch
  • Preferred PMP, CSM, CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications depending on industry
  • Ability to align product initiatives with business objectives and long-term vision
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and technology trend evaluation
  • Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users and to global stakeholders across time zones.



Physical Demands/ Work Environment:  

  • Travel Requirement:  Greater than 25%
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to work extended hours as required
