Our nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. We provide full subspecialty support.Our clinical performance nurse assists you in providing a high-quality patient care experience.Qualifications:Board-certified nurse practitioner.Hospitalist experience is required.Flexible Scheduling:Shifts for the night position in observation are scheduled from 7 pm to 7 am.Shifts for the day position are scheduled from 7 am to 6 pm.Key Responsibilities:As a day hospitalist APP, you will round, admit, and discharge from the observation unit or round and discharge from the Med/Surg floors.As a nocturnist APP, you will perform admissions as well as cross coverage alongside 2 nocturnist physicians. For the observation unit, you will round, admit, and occasionally discharge.The observation unit is very fast-paced, and we are looking for individuals who can handle an ever-changing environment.Our hospitalist team is pivotal in the rapid response team, and the intensivist team manages codes.
