You will support the design and delivery of training programmes that ensure every driver can safely operate autonomous vehicles on public roads, execute test missions accurately, and respond correctly in safety-critical situations.This is a specialist training role embedded within the validation operations function. You will deliver onboarding, certification, and recertification programmes for validation drivers, work closely with engineering and operations teams to keep training content current, and use performance data and incident trends to continuously improve the programme.
