Workplace Experience Lead, Miami

As a Workplace Experience Lead, you will own and build the daily operations of our Miami office, creating an environment that is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with our culture. In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing the foundation of our workplace experience, from setting up the office and managing vendors to supporting employee onboarding, events, and ongoing workplace operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments, enjoys building systems and processes from the ground up, and takes pride in creating great day-to-day experiences for others.
Responsibilities
Source vendors, manage vendor relationships, etc - Manage vendors to keep shared spaces clean, stocked, and operating smoothly
Set up F&B programs - Run workplace programs like lunch, snacks, swag, onboarding, and employee events
Build and maintain workplace systems and processes that align with company standards and support future growth
Lead the setup and launch of our Miami office, including furniture, vendors, supplies, and workplace services
Respond to office-related requests promptly and with care
Plan and execute office events, team gatherings, and employee experience programs
Lead facilities projects and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and office improvements
Track space usage, manage inventory, and keep systems organized as the office grows
Act as an approachable onsite resource for employees, with an interest in supporting HR-related needs
Support a growing office expected start at approximately 10–15 employees and then expand afterwards
Partner closely with the Workplace team in Berkeley and receive guidance on implementing workplace standards and processes consistent with company norms
Requirements
3+ years in workplace, facilities, or startup operations
Experience building processes, launching programs, or supporting office openings and expansions
Able to work onsite 5 days a week, with flexibility for occasional evening events
Proven ability to manage office and facilities projects end-to-end
Experience working with vendors and building management
Proven ability to lead successful snack and lunch programs and company events
