We move fast and need to move faster.If we succeed, science will be the only limit to medicine.All full-time roles are in person in New York.About the roleAs a member of the Clinical Intelligence Strategy & Operations team, you will have end to end responsibility for a core part of our Clinical Intelligence product. You will play a crucial role in scaling our ability to leverage clinical intelligence in our products and operations to ensure Forus can meet the exponentially growing user and client demand. You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects that will have a profound impact on the company, with a need to flex across clinical operations, applied AI, data, product, and sales domains. You will also work directly with our Clinical and Engineering teams to define, build, and launch high-impact automation and new features, leveraging the latest advances in AI.This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.If you join, you will:Own the product design, implementation, and outcomes from start to finish across multiple clinical intelligence featuresTranslate clinical expertise into scalable logic, workflows, and quality standards used across Forus' platformEvaluate and refine system performance to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability, using your expertise to analyze feedback and resolve issues with AI and agent outputsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform behavior reflects real-world clinical reasoning and standardsDevelop and maintain operational and financial performance analyses to drive prioritization decisionsBuild and scale new workflows and continuously identify and implement AI-powered efficiency gains in collaboration with engineersExplore, evaluate, and execute on new opportunities for the company, including strategic partnerships and new products and servicesWe’re looking for you if you have:2–5 years of clinical experience as and physician (MD / DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or similar advanced clinical role, ideally directly providing patient care and clinical decision-making1-3 years of experience working on a team that required analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g.,...
