As part of BetterPlace, Asia's largest human capital SaaS platform, MyRobin.ID is backed by a comprehensive HR tech ecosystem that serves enterprises across India, APAC, and GCC regions.Job Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on employment law, industrial relations, and general corporate legal matters.Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including commercial agreements, employment-related documents, partnership agreements, and corporate legal documents.Ensure the company's compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly labor and outsourcing regulations.Represent the company in bipartite and tripartite meetings, mediation, and other employment dispute resolution processes when required.Build and maintain relationships with external parties, including government agencies, regulators, labor offices, legal counsel, and other relevant institutions.Conduct legal research and provide recommendations regarding regulatory updates and potential legal risks affecting the business.Review...
