Shift: 3:15 PM-12:45 AMHourly Rate: $19.15 an hour + $.25 shift differentialConagra Brand Foods, home of Vlasic, located in Imlay City, Michigan, has opportunity for seasonal Brine Makers. You will work as a back-up Brine maker in a seasonal capacity. You will work full-time hours during the regular season beginning April through December. You will have the opportunity to advance as well as recall rights to return each season. During the heavier production demand period, normally May-October, you may be required for ten hours daily/weekend overtime as scheduled (Saturdays). You will report to Supervision and will work onsite. You will work with quality control. When not utilized in the capacity of brine maker you will be assigned other work based on production demand.You will be responsible for brine preparation, ingredient inventory, cleanliness and production supply. This includes preparation of emulsions (chemistry) for specific products. You will maintain expected level of task completion in a safe manner and maintaining the quality standards.ResponsibilitiesBrine manufacturing is defined as a critical control point (CCP).
