Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Specialty Markets Service Manager, you will partner very closely with the Director of International Relations, International Sales Director and Director of Entertainment Sales. The role manages all aspects of the written sales agreements between hotel and customer for Diplomatic, Middle East and Entertainment stays as well as high profile individual reservations and groups which may require servicing. This can include Food & Beverage related service.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Coordinate and execute group events, meetings, and VIP arrivals to ensure a seamless guest experience. 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations and delivering exceptional service. 

  • Communicate effectively with guests, clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout all stages of an event. 

  • Support the sales process through site inspections, client meetings, and event planning activities. 

  • Monitor event details including room setups, BEOs, amenities, billing, and vendor services. 

  • Proactively resolve guest concerns, handle special requests, and provide solutions to operational challenges. 

  • Review final billing for accuracy and assist with post-event follow-up and rebooking opportunities. 

  • Attend daily operations meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
