Vietnam is a developing market and NielsenIQ is looking to aggressively increase product usage to bring our clients to the next level of research usage and utility These research are carefully designed and customized to client needs, and allow you to work across diverse industries although this role will be focused on the FMCG industry. Responsibilities End to end research project management -- delivering timely and quality research in accordance to agreed business requirements and as aligned with company's quality standards Work seamlessly with Sales teams to translate the client needs to research parameters Communicate regularly to appropriate stakeholders (internal and external) including clients, Operations teams and third-party partners Be directly accountable for project-related work in terms of questionnaire development, analyses, charting, dashboard creation, etc Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications Generate clear and actionable insights from the research, combining multiple data sources as needed, to enrich the value to client Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed Ensure timeliness of deliverables as committed to clients QualificationsFresh grads or up to 2 years of experience; Previous experience in Customized/ Consumer Research from a research agency Proficient in MS Applications, most especially Excel Basic knowledge of statistics / multi variance analysis or using SPSS is a plus.
