You will help create the environment, systems and support structures that enable our teams to perform at their best, while leading key projects that underpin the future success of the business.Job DescriptionThe RoleThe Facilities, EHS & Infrastructure Manager will provide leadership and coordination across Facilities, EHS, Security and Infrastructure activities, ensuring CRFS has the environment, systems and support structures required to support a growing technology and manufacturing business.Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work through a combination of leadership, project management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the business remains safe, secure, compliant and equipped for future growth.A key priority during the first phase of the role will be leading the preparation and operational integration of CRFS' new 24,000 sq ft facility, establishing the infrastructure, processes andgovernance required to support continued expansion.The role is accountable for developing strategy, driving improvements and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives. While specialist team members will continue to own and lead a number of operational and compliance activities, this role will also take direct ownership of significant projects and programmes, particularly those relating to site expansion, facilities development, security and infrastructure.
