In the past year alone, Medsender has helped healthcare professionals save more than 2 million hours through automation.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This is a high activity outbound prospecting role focused on generating new business opportunities and building pipeline within healthcare organizations across the United States.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of prospecting, embraces feedback, and is passionate about building a career in sales. This role is critical to Medsender’s continued growth and provides a strong foundation for future advancement within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective healthcare organizations, including physician groups, specialty practices, health systems, and other healthcare providers.Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospective customers and create sales opportunities.Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges, operational workflows, business priorities, and buying processes.Meeting Generation: Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff of opportunities throughout the sales process.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system with lead information, status, and follow-up actions.Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to optimize prospecting efforts and pipeline generation.Industry Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of healthcare operations, industry trends, competitive solutions, and Medsender’s product offerings.Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline generation, and meeting booking goals while providing feedback to leadership on market conditions and prospect responses.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.Ability and willingness to travel within the United States for team meetings, conferences, and customer events.1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing healthcare roles, or related professional experience.Strong research skills to effectively understand the AI market, target industries, and potential customers’ needs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage healthcare professionals.Highly coachable with a demonstrated ability to receive and implement feedback.Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.Resilient and persistent with the ability to overcome rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Strong organizational and time management skills.Passion for sales and a genuine interest in learning the sales process.Preferred Qualifications:Experience making 80-100+ outbound calls per day in a sales development, recruiting, fundraising, or customer acquisition role.Experience selling or prospecting for companies in the AI, machine...
