Warranty Rep III
What Drives Success
This Warranty Representative III evaluates and processes warranty claims, and also supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. The person in this position handles situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to claim complexity.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
- Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
- Review warranty claims.
- Resolve complex non-standard warranty items independently.
- Resolve problems escalated through lower staff levels.
- Coordinate with a wide variety of functions within the company and liaison with customers during post-delivery times.
- Provide work leadership to lower-level customer service staff as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 4 years related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires a working knowledge of products and parts.
- Must have full knowledge of warranty review processes.
- May require advanced problem solving.
- Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $51,000-$67,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
