We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Seattle and work at the intersection of marketing, data analysis, and systems management. This role drives brand and product strategy for a seed-stage AI startup, with direct ownership over partner programs, SEO, creator relationships, and cross-functional marketing operations.What You'll DoIdentify and evaluate influencer partners and promotional channels by analyzing audience behavior data and measuring ROI through CPR and other performance metrics.Build, maintain, and manage a structured creator and partner database of 20k+ records across YouTube, TikTok, and X/Twitter — ensuring data quality, deduplication, and consistency across sources.Contribute to SEO efforts by analyzing keyword rankings, optimizing website structure and content to grow organic traffic, and tracking performance trends over time.Manage and organize internal information systems including CRM tools, project management platforms, and content workflows to keep the team efficient and information accessible across departments.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and marketing leads to implement design updates, define user needs, and align product strategy with market data.What We're Looking ForStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.Hands-on experience managing large structured datasets or CRM/partner databases.Familiarity with SEO tools and organic growth strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.Nice to HaveExperience with influencer/creator marketing or affiliate program management.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Linear, or similar platforms.Technical or coding background — even basic familiarity is a plus.Why TestSpriteReal ownership over high-impact marketing programs from day one.Direct exposure to startup growth, GTM strategy, and AI developer marketing.Work closely with the founding team in a high-trust, collaborative environment.Competitive compensation and opportunity to grow with the company.Apply NowName*Email*LinkedInResume* (PDF or Word, max 8MB)Click to upload or drag and dropAnything you’d like us to know?Submit application
