Guides program team and support functions on how to take action to satisfy customer expectations. The Program Director will lead all phases of the Sentinel NIMS EMD program from Design Reviews through completion and program closeout:Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of programs, maintains proper program budget and schedule oversightParticipates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.·         Manage proposal teams and timely delegations with senior leadership. Able to communicate with senior leadership and outline potential opportunities, proposal schedules, financial positions and proposed risks.Acts as customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.Directs technical investments and makes strategic business decisions including implementation of common product development across a variety of customer bases.Supports development and execution of NCTA and Capital plans.Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of...
